In our coaching sessions I felt guided to a new point of awareness and a new way of looking at an issue or process that I had not thought of. I found this very useful. The second thing that I found of great benefit was being introduced to new bodies of knowledge or new experts in bodies of knowledge. It was of tremendous value to me to be able to explore new info / new people. Finally, the value in working with you was the reinforcement that I could actually live into my plan – that it could be real for me. This is hard to do on your own, so your role as a coach was of great benefit!

Dearest Albert,
Your sage advice has freed me! Now I sit and write and I don’t seem to have as much of the censoring going on. I just write away now b/c I’m now worried about being perfect. I am just putting it down openly.
